Congratulations to Alex Holmes and Nick Dare

Cameron’s is proud to congratulate our clients Alex Holmes and Nick Dare on their wins at the 2025 Australian Production Design Guild (APDG) Awards, held on Saturday.

Alex Holmes won Best Production Design for a Television Production for his work as Production Designer on the Netflix series Eric. The series stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Vincent, a father who, after the disappearance of his son, forms an unexpected bond with Eric, a monster living under his son’s bed. Alex’s skillful design was instrumental in creating the 1980s New York City setting and it's 'organic and messy' feel.

Nick Dare won Best Art Direction for a Feature Film for his work on Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. In the latest instalment in the Mad Max franchise, directed by George Miller and starring Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth, Nick collaborated with Supervising Art Director Sophie Nash and Jacinta Leong APDG to craft a bold, dystopian world filled with intense, visually striking landscapes and set pieces.
