James Croke is a production designer for theatre, film and television and has designed many award winning short films including Splintered for (dir. Peter Templeman, 2005), Tropfest winner Australian Summer (dir. Luke Eve, 2005), Danya (dir. Beth Armstrong, 2005) and Crooked Mick of the Speewah (dir. Philip R. Smith, 2005).
In 2013 James wrote, directed and designed the short Shift, for which he won an APDG award for Design on a Short Film.
He graduated from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School in 2005 with a Master of Arts in Production Design and was awarded both the Fox Studios Award for Design Excellence and the Gilbert & Tobin Award for Best Body of Work.
