Last Seen Out Now on Apple TV+
Last Seen has arrived. Based on Ryan David Jahn's novel The Dispatcher, the first two episodes of the Australian thriller series are now available to stream on Apple TV+, with new episodes releasing every Wednesday until the final on 7th October 2026.
The series is adapted by Kris Mrksa, who also serves as lead writer and executive producer, with credits including Requiem, The Murders at White House Farm, Protection, and The Slap. Giula Sandler (The House Across the Street, The Rumour, Protection) wrote two episodes, and Tov Belling served as 2nd Unit Director / DOP.
Last Seen follows police detective Ian Ridley, whose life was shattered eleven years ago when his young daughter, Maggie, vanished without a trace. Now working as a dispatcher, he receives a distress call from a teenage girl he believes is her - and will stop at nothing to bring her home.
Set and filmed in Victoria, Australia, the series stars Gotham Award winner Patrick Brammall alongside Maxine Peake, Brendan Cowell, Daniel Henshall, Jessica Wren, and Zahra Newman. It's produced by Werner Film Productions and 60Forty Films.
