Eamon Flack’s stage adaptation of Helen Garner’s The Spare Room is currently playing at Belvoir St Theatre. Directed by Eamon, the beloved Australian novel comes to life on stage with exceptional actor duo: Judy Davis (as Helen) and Elizabeth Alexander (as Nicola). When Helen’s old friend, Nicola, comes to town for treatment, it only makes sense she should stay in the spare room.
