'Paris Savages' by Katherine Johnson named The Times UK Historical Fiction Book of the Month

The Times UK has named Katherine Johnson’s novel Paris Savages their Historical Fiction book of the month calling it a sobering and powerful read.

The book follows the journey of Bonny, Jurano and Doronadera, 3 indigenous Australians who were shipped to Europe in 1882 to become exhibits in a human zoo.

The novel has just been published in the UK by publisher Allison and Busby and was published in Australia late last year by Ventura Publishing.
