Boris Mihailovic lost most of his friends when he first bought himself a motorbike. They were all buying cars and couldn't understand his love for two wheels instead of four. Boris loved the speed, the noise, the freedom and the camaraderie that comes with motorcycle culture and it has been an enduring love affair right up until now.
Boris has been a journalist and editor for almost 25 years. He's worked for such magazines as PEOPLE and PICTURE, edited OZBIKE, MOTORCYCLE LEGENDS and STREET MACHINE CHOPPERS, and was the launch editor of PICTURE PREMIUM and PREMIUM BABES. Over the years he's contributed to magazines like AUSTRALIAN DIRT BIKE, RALPH, FHM, AUSTRALIAN WORKER, TOP GEAR and UFC. He has a regular column with AUSTRALIAN MOTORCYCLE NEWS (AMCN), as well as testing bikes and writing features for the magazine. He also owns, manages and hosts www.bikeme.tv which has half a million page views per month.
Boris has been famous among his friends as a brilliant storyteller over the years and he's put many of those stories into his two books: My Mother Warned Me About Blokes Like Me (2012) and At the Altar of the Road Gods (2014) published by Hachette. He now has three other books in development, including a biography of Australian motorcycle treasure Kevin Magee.
